NawKote-PC is a coating system that gives self-cleaning properties to exterior surfaces. It uses a unique formulation of high-quality, photocatalytically active TiO2 nanoparticles to achieve a long-lasting protective barrier. Using only sunlight and water, it shields surfaces from the harmful effects of environmental pollutants while removing contaminants from the air.
An invisible coating system, it can be applied to concrete, even on painted or stained surfaces, and it prevents dust absorption by eliminating electric charges. When activated by sunlight, NawKote-PC breaks down air pollutants, viruses, bacteria, mold, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), allergens, and smog. NawKote-PC also protects concrete from carbonation, preventing erosion, water ingress, and steel reinforcement corrosion. These features extend the overall life of a structure without the use of harmful chemicals.
