Stain Technician

Job Overview

Our Technicians will require experience with:

• Color Mixing
• Leading/assisting the team
• Product application/painting and surface preparation
• Preparing and cleaning the job site
• Ensuring all assigned tasks are completed in a safe and timely manner
• Assist the team and/or team lead in the making and mixing of colors and to be able to work without supervision if necessary
• Operate work vehicle as required
• Overseeing technicians if assigned to this role

To be Successful:

• Must be willing to learn, show initiative, and be able to communicate effectively with the team and managers
• Personal characteristics include timeliness, dependability, good work ethic, presentable appearance with good hygiene
• Ability to stay continuously occupied to complete assigned tasks, and self-motivated to work without supervision
• May be required to work at heights of 75 feet or more
• Physical abilities include manual dexterity, reasonable endurance, reasonable strength, good balance, ability to lift and carry 20’ ladder, and ability to carry 75 pounds or more
