Project: Multi-use Office Warehouse
Location: Chicago, Illinois
This old retail distribution center was purchased by a property management group and re-imagined into a multi-use office warehouse. In order to get this space ready, masonry repairs and tuck pointing were completed.
Nawkaw was hired to clean all the exterior and help develop a color scheme that’s been used by the same property management group on other buildings throughout the Midwest. Using NawTone-K, our Certified Stain Applicators completed an amazing transformation of the building. Completed in 2020.
