NawThinz products are mineral silicate-based diluents and primers for the NawTone-K mineral stain. Diluents are used to reduce the pigment concentration in NawTone-K, transforming it into a semitransparent stain.
When used as a primer, NawThinz products enhance the physical properties of the treated surface. NawThinz-C is specially designed for concrete surfaces. Since it chemically bonds with concrete, it’s perfect for use on precast and tilt-up construction projects. On the other hand, NawThinz-M is designed explicitly for masonry (brick, block, and stone) surfaces. NawThinz products strengthen soft, porous masonry by stabilizing the surface and creating a consistent absorbency rate.
