Nawkaw pays all employees for training time to get them up to speed on stain application, alongside certifications for OSHA, swing stage, lifts, and others. You’ll work one-on-one with specialized crew members and leaders. Then, after you’re certified, you’ll be out and about transforming buildings with results you’ll have to see to believe.
