Job Overview

We offer multiple levels in our Field Stain Technician roles with responsibilities ranging from checking and stocking the equipment in the company vehicle daily, assisting the team and/or team lead, product application and surface preparation, overseeing technicians if assigned to this role, preparing and cleaning the job site each day, and ensuring all assigned tasks are completed in a safe and timely manner. In addition to these duties, you will also be expected to assist the team and/or team lead in the making and mixing of colors and to be able to work without supervision if necessary. To be successful as one of our Field Stain Technicians, the candidate must be willing to learn, show initiative, and be able to communicate effectively with the team and team lead.

You may be required to work at heights of 75 feet or more. A valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record that is accepted by our insurance company will be required for employment as well as a background check.

Physical abilities include manual dexterity, reasonable endurance, reasonable strength, good balance, ability to lift and carry 20’ ladder, and ability to carry 75 pounds or more.
